- Creator: a photographer/videographer providing services through ShootEmpire.
- Booking: a confirmed request with agreed date/time/location and package.
2) Bookings & Scheduling
- You must provide accurate details (date/time, location, contact number, and shoot requirements).
- Availability depends on Creator schedules and location coverage (Dubai / Abu Dhabi and nearby areas).
- We may contact you to confirm details before final confirmation.
3) Pricing & Payments
- Prices shown on the website are package-based unless otherwise stated.
- Some bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment to confirm the slot.
- Any promotional codes, discounts, or credits may be time-limited and subject to eligibility.
4) Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees due to Creator time allocation.
- Weather or location restrictions may require rescheduling (especially for outdoor shoots).
5) Deliverables & Turnaround
- Deliverables (photos/videos, number of edits, resolution) depend on the package you select.
- Typical delivery timelines are communicated during booking; complex edits may take longer.
- You are responsible for reviewing the delivered content promptly and reporting issues.
6) Usage Rights
- Unless stated otherwise, you receive usage rights for personal or business use related to your booking.
- Creators may request permission to use selected work for portfolio/marketing. You can refuse.
7) Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operations.
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, or misleading requests.
8) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShootEmpire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are intended for use in the UAE. You agree that disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
